General provisions that apply in case of returns

Subject to meeting the conditions outlined in this Returns and Exchanges section, we have a return policy that allows you to return the products to us within a day of the order being delivered.

In order to be eligible for a return, all Products (including promotional gift products that are given away with orders) must be returned to us within one day. Return it to us within a day of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:


- Unaltered, unused and completely intact, and in resellable condition (or in the condition in which it was received from us or our agents).

- In its original packaging/box/dust-proof, with all product labels/price tags/care instructions included. Wherever it is given, it should also be returned.

Refund the amount of the order after the return

Refunds will only be processed after the return of the item(s) is approved. After approval, we will issue a refund for the full face value of undamaged items duly returned


Your money will be processed in the following ways:

Cash on delivery is refunded as store credit.

The full refund value will be credited to your Phouse account after approval of the returned item(s) and you will be able to use this refund value for your future purchases on Phouse without any time limit. Therefore, you will not see a refund on your bank statement account as the refund will not be transferred to the issuing debit or credit card bank.


Products Return Policy

Damaged products/orders not fulfilled properly

If your order is received damaged or any of the products are different from what you ordered, then please agree to return the product to us using the mentioned return process. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received within two days of receiving the order in order to refund you the full amount paid, including - if any - the delivery costs of the original order, the possibility of replacing the products may be available. Also, damaged products may enjoy a warranty against manufacturing defects.



Please keep the product's original packaging in good condition, for example, damaged watch boxes and electrical appliances prevent it from being sold again and this may mean that we will not be able to refund you. Our staff may need to check the condition of the product to be returned upon receipt, but this will be an initial disclosure and is not a guarantee of return approval or a full refund.
